I enjoy nothing more than being handed a folder full of receipts and asked to organise and summarise them before they’re handed to an accountant for your tax return, or even just for your tidy records.

I’ll gather, organise, and summarise the financial transactions and expenditures you’ve incurred. The evidence could be receipts, invoices, and other documentation related to expenses and I’ll categorise them based on predetermined criteria such as type, date, or purpose, and compile them into comprehensive spreadsheets. This will help you gain a clear understanding of your financial outflows, track spending patterns, and make informed decisions regarding budgeting, cost-cutting, and financial planning.

I'll track my time, rounding to the nearest 15 minutes and you'll receive a full report, with your invoice. I can get a lot more done in an hour that you'll be able to.

Sometimes it's easier to charge a set fee for a task you need doing so we'll discuss the task and agree an hourly rate or set fee before I start. Any event based work will be charged as a set fee and determined before any work is started.

Retainer

We can agree a monthly fee, which would equate to a set number of hours that will sit in a "bank" for you. I'll keep track of my time and let you know when you're nearing the limit so you know what to expect. Sometimes this is a better, more cost-effective way than me charging an hourly rate.
